If I could give no stars to this place I would. The service was extremely poor and the lady working the rental car side of the marina was extremely rude. Do not expect rental car service like you would get anywhere else in the US, these cars are more like something you would get in a third world country. We were given an old minivan with transmission problems and no AC. Also add to this the fact that they "make" you fill up with their gas which is extremely overpriced on the island.
Another example of poor service was returning the car. She literally told us that it was inconvenient for her to come in on Sunday, even though they are technically open. She left in the middle of the transaction several times to attend to other affairs. Most of the people on the island were nice and welcoming, seeing as how tourism is a price source of economic dependency for the island. This lady was outright unbearable.
We had a great experience renting a geo tracker this weekend. They very thoughtfully picked my husband up from the ferry, even though we didn't request it. They are very welcoming and I'd recommend them to everyone!
Avoid at all cost!
Staff was nice. Docks are ok, no cleats on dock, so docking takes a few more minutes to secure lines. Good bathroom/shower facilities.

Absolutely terrible service. Rude owner (PAT is her name). After talking to everyone on the island she has a history of being hostile. Avoid at all costs. Rent a car in charlavoix. Or a good bike.
